Established in 2013 by husband and wife team Simon and Emily-Jane Hillman, Hillman Publishing are an independent publishing house situated in the splendour of North Wales. We are passionate about great stories superbly told. As such, we work closely with our authors to make sure that their story gems truly sparkle. We are particularly interested in stories that change lives; featuring characters, real or imagined, that overcome great odds. In addition to a groundbreaking children’s list, exciting general fiction and inspiring biographies, we are developing a faith based literary list that we expect to transcend many boundaries.

Emily-Jane Hillman
Emily Hillman is an author and playwright herself. Her passion for books and a desire to see “great stories well told” laid the foundation of Hillman Publishing. She works closely with our authors to ensure we get the very best out of each of them.

Simon Hillman is the other half to the Hillman Publishing story. With a background in engineering, he helps to harness creativity and translate it into the finished product.
